Hello everyone,

After a long road, I have finally officially graduated and am now on to that next phase in my life, a real job and my own home. As I have said before, I want to remain in Everett (and despite the Everett Schools' lack of communication with me about becoming a teacher here) I managed to grab a job in a nearby community and am now in the position to start shopping for a home for my young family of 5. I want to stay in Everett, so I was hoping somone here on the forum could suggest some potential properties that might be on the market or coming on the market soon. Most of the realtors in town seem to focus on Revere and Chelsea a lot, but if anyone knows a way I can get a house in Everett, please let me know.

Thanks,

Michael B

I saw your name in the Everett leader today in regards to your graduating. Congrats to you and your family. As far as houses I see for sale signs everywhere, I am sure you will find something. The houses at Parish Point look very nice.

What type of home....single, two family, multi?

And what price range?

We can work from there....

The Pup has just renewed his real estate license.

Congratulations, Michael...

Lisa, did you say 2AM???

What happened to prime time?

email me if you get a chance.....I'll ask the Pup to set the VCR to record the show....Thankfully he knows a thing or two about high tech...

According to the Pup, he and I will be winning the Powerball this weekend....the Pup chose the numbers and feels fairly confident....Hopefully he doesn't mind sharing the winnings...after all, I taught him how to type..

Regards to all

Thanks for noticing my name in the paper. It came as a complete shock to me. I had no idea my name was going to be in there. I will check out the Parish Point housing.

Ideally I would like a single family, but since we can only swing about 2000/month for a mortgage, I doubt we can afford much more on our fairly meager teacher + pysician assistant annual salary with student loans to pay off. That puts us roughly in the 225 to 275 range. We have a family of 5 so we need at least 3 beds/2 baths.

Thanks for letting me know. We'll be in the market to close late summer.
