The "People Have Spoken" --- at least according to the "Tale of the Tapes" out of the balloting machines.

If you are satisfied with the maintenance of the present state of things, do nothing. If you are not, start attending the School Committee meetings. The are open to the public. Ask questions, when need be.

Participate!

Demand that the School department website contains current information: for example, the addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of the school committee members, just as the Common Council and Board of Alderman web sites do.

This is Your City, Your Schools. Don't leave it to someone else to monitor or participate in what happens.

The School Committee and the School Department (including the Administration) are responsible to you, the People.

Hold them to their responsibilities!

As you said the "People Have Spoken" and now they deserve what they get.

Only 25% of the registered voters came out to vote. People in this city just don't seem to care anymore.

Is 25% a very low number considering there was no election for Mayor?
