To everyone,
It is come to my attention that ome user(s) have felt in danger of having their indentity(ies) exposed. It is possible that exposing an identity can lead to physical confrontation outside of the board, so therefore it is not permitted. Also, making misleading statements that infer to a member's identity can lead to the same effect. Even if the identity is mistaken, it can create a lasting impression and basically cause trouble.
so, lets remember to confront people only on the issues and if you disagree with them try to limit personal attacks. Most of the discussion I have see here has been very productive,thoughtful, and open and it is only a few rare exceptions I am talking about. I just don't want to see this becoming a trend.
Also, if you see someone expose an identity, let me know immediately. In the meantime, do not beleive it, because people will sometimes say anything to win an argument and even make up false statements in order to prove their point when they have been beaten intellectually. So, try to take things in context and remember that as long as you want to remain anonymous, no one will be able to legitimately expose you unless you let them.
