I've been so focused on the Mayor's race, I didn't realize there are only 3 wards needing this run-off.
I still don't understand why council members are voted city wide & hope this can be changed at some point. I really don't believe I have any right to determine who is going to represent people in a different ward. What's the point of having representation by ward if people who live in other wards can effectively elect someone that the ward residents don't want?
