Licenses Committee February 8, 2010
The Committee on Licenses met on Monday, February 8, 2010.
The meeting was audio taped for the record.
Members present were Alderman L. Charles DiPerri, presiding and Aldermen Robert Van Campen and Michael Marchese. Non member present was Alderman Michael Mangan.
City Clerk Michael Matarazzo was also present.
The Committee considered a Petition for a Second Class Motor Dealer License at 1795 Revere Beach Parkway from Philip V. Mingolelli, D/B/A Vincent Auto Sales..
The Petitioner, Linda Picariello were also present.
Communication received from the Fire Prevention, Building Department and City Collector that the location was in compliance.
Alderman DiPerri apologized to the Petitioner on their need to appear since he had learned after the
last meeting that they actually owned the property and his question had been addressed.
Ms. Picariello told the Committee that her Dad was in his 80’s and that they were only operating
the business on a part time basis until they decided what to do with the property.
The Committee voted: To report back to the Board of Aldermen with a recommendation for
favorable action..
