Well Stan's website is officially gone now. I got a 404 not found today when I tried to check it.

I'm glad I found it when I did because I never would have been introduced to the online community of Everett. I'm still confused as to why Stan would give up the forum. Are the issues of Everett over. No way! The election only establishes the will of the people every two years. It doesn't solve problems. This forum will continue to provide residents with a dialogue and a voice.

That being said, how did everyone find out about Stan's forum 9 months ago? Is there a way I could promote the existence of this forum to those that may be looking for it in the future? I'm thinking of taking out an ad in the paper..... Any other ideas?

I would say the best way to do it is to not even pay for an ad in one of the local papers, i would write a letter to the editor of the Independent talking about the election and the results and so forth and mention the old Stand-up Everett site and than maybe throw in a comment within the letter that even though Stand Up may have played a part and dosent exist anymore,that there is still a place for the people of Everett to go and mention EVERETT AVERAGE CITIZEN. Josh Resnek is pretty good at printing what you send him as long as you sign it, although i think the next couple of weeks he will be bombarded with letters but give it a try GOOD LUCK!!!!! JUST THE FACTS.

I didn't realise that you are such a vindictive son of a bitch until you posted all those F-BOMBS regarding the Mayor's loss.

I am disappointed in you. I held you in very "H1gh" regard until then.

But I know you are on this blog, just under a different name.
