AT THE SUBWAY STATION ON BROADWAY. SEVERAL PEOPLE ARE BURNT, FIRE ENGINES ARE STUCK IN THEIR STATIONS, CALLING IN SEVERAL FROM OTHER CITIES AND TOWNS.

Why would our fire trucks be stuck in their stations? What happened? Where exactly are you talking about?

I was just told the explosion was at the Electric transfer station on the corner of Broadway and Oakland Ave. I was also told there are people with out power. No report on injuries as of yet. Can anyone confirm this?

I just received a reverse 911 call informing us of an incident at the electric substation on Broadway and that there are power outages and some traffic ligts are not working and to drive with caution.

From how I understood it......... because of the power failure......... the fire-house doors would not open. Also, I did not receive a reverse 911 today but I sure did about Homecoming Day Parade, then a second "reminder" from Matt..... and one for the barbecue fundraiser. So, there is certainly some "flaws" in the system.
