I'm wondering what happened to the Coalition to Save Glendale Park and how they would feel about the fact that cars are pulling in and parking against the Elm Street fence on Concert Sunday? I just drove by the park, and there were cars parked head in up against that fence. Now, since the construction site end of the park is fenced and locked on the weekends, it would seem that the only way for those cars to get there would be from the entrance at the corner of Elm and Ferry Street and drive down the walkway past the tot lot to pull up against the fence. This seems like a public safety hazard for children who might be playing in the park and for adults who might be walking along the pathway.

There is plenty of parking in the MDC lot across the street and in the parking lot behind Pizza Hut. Why would it be necessary to allow vehicles into the park?

Another brainchild of this administration, whose entree into the corner office was supported by people allegedly committed to "saving" the Park????

Well...the Coalition has a leading light working in the Mayor's office. Her name is Joanne. Perhaps she can do something about it??
