on channel 7 tonight there was a story about Councillor Matewsky pulling three young men from a burning car that had crashed into a tree in front of his sisters house in California. Unfortunately, the three young men all died from their injuries. I cannot even imagine what he had to witness. I do not tink it will be a very happy holiday season for Councillor matewsky and his family. How tragic. And what a brave and compassionate man he is to have risked his own life in an attempt to save others.

Frank Nuzzo said it best - this will stay with him the rest of his life. What a tragedy. Knowing him as I do, he did his best to try and save those kids. What a sad sad thing to happen at such a joyous time of year. My thoughts are with him.

Wayne was very heroic that night.

I wish him well.

I have seen the results of many nightmarish battlefield deaths and, fortunately, I sleep well at night. It all depends on your mindset.

I know the City Council will probably give an award to Wayne for bravery and heroism.

The Pup and I agree that they should. Wayne should accept without further ceremony.

Wayne was a hero, and sprang into action because he saw it was young men involved and he was hoping to get a piece of action for his reward for helping them.

I'm sorry for there loss (the people involved in the accident) But consider this, if they made it they would of had Ol Wayne the Perv chasing after them. I dont know about you but I would choose death over Wayne the Perv anyday.

You're rapidly becoming a very reliable source of insensitivity and vulgarity. Evidently, you believe your own life so worthy and pristine that you feel as though you can be judge and jury of all others. I believe the Lord had something to say about "the plank" in our eyes that we see in others.
