The house I live in needed some roof and window work done and the recent hullabaloo over the contracting bids in Everett made me realize how rare it is to find a quality contracting firm around to do the necessary jobs that we can't do for ourselves. Perry Brothers is one of those companies.
Perry Brothers just completed work at my home, replacing all of the framing around every window and weatherproofing them. They also replaced the three flat roofs on the property which had been leaking water like a sieve prior to their work. They came out on a cold day and worked hard and at an amazing pace. We've had other contracters out here before and there was no comparison. These guys are 5 star fantastic. We had a heavy rain two days after they finished (most work done in one day!) and not a drop appeared inside. They also left the attic and exterior in an immaculate condition. What's not to like? They have jobs all over the area from Revere to Wakefield to Everett to Stoneham and do city jobs too. Their work ranges from changing locks to roofs to siding and windows as well as bathrooms/kitchens. If you need some work done, call these guys.
