OK,, I CAN'T HOLD BACK ,,THE "POOP" IS OUT THAT THE "SCOOP" IS THERE ARE TWO''' NOT ONE ,,,BUT TWO.... COUNCILMEMBERS FROM WARD 3 WHO ACTUALLY DON'T EVEN LIVE IN THAT WARD ,,, AND FURTHER "SCOOP" HAS A COUNCILMEMBER FROM WARD 4 THAT ALSO HAS NOT LIVED IN HIS WARD FOR SOME TIME NOW,,, WHY RUN IF YOU KNOW YOU WON'T STAY WHERE YOU ARE ELECTED TO SERVE OR AT THE VERY LEAST RESIGN,,, ALOT MORE "SCOOP" TO COME STAY TUNED.....

This is nothing new in Everett politics, I can remember an Alderman that didn't even live in the city. It doesn't make it right and they all should be exposed. It takes the seat away from someone who really lives in the ward and would truely care for the wards needs. |

Poop, it's no secret that Bernie D'Onofrio moved to Ward 1...just ask him. He's not hiding anything. Why he moved I do not know but your scoop on this one is old and stale. |

I didn't realize that you could retain your seat if you moved out of the ward. I know it's been done before, but I thought it was closer to the election. |

Actually, Bernie is entitled to keep his seat until the next election. It's not a violation. It would be if he moved out of the city, ala Joe Marchese, the former Alderman, or Judy Kelly, the former school committeewoman.
The council in Ward 3 - Sal Di- lives in Ward 3. Mr. Keane, I do know know him at all. Ms.Smith - Clarence St. |

Yes Court you are right. As long as you move within the city you can complete your term. I do not the status of the Ward 3 delegation. Sal does own a home on Clarence St. and I thought Jim Keane lived on Calhoun with Ms. Smoith living on the family compound on Clarence St. |

THE "SCOOP" HAS LEARNED THAT THE ORDIANCE SAYS YOU "MUST LIVE" WITHIN THE WARD THAT ELECTED YOU,,,,, THAT IS WHY WHEN YOU RUN FOR OFFICE YOU CAN ONLY RECEIVE SIGNATURES FROM PEOPLE IN THAT WARD,,,, CHECK YOUR LOCAL ORDAINCES,,,,,, IN WARD 3... 1 LIVES ON BELMONT ST,,, ANOTHER LIVES IN SOUTHIE... AND THE THIRD DOES LIVE IN THE WARD.....STAY TUNED...OH AND AS FOR WARD 4... LETS HAVE SOME COMPASSION.,,,,,,,, "NOT" |

Yes, you have to live in the ward at the time that you run . . . if you move, you can finish out your term, but you cannot run for re-election from that ward. |
