I feel terrible for both of the families for this horrific tragedy.
I do have one question though? If this happened here (God forbid) would it even be in the paper?

I think I know what this person is saying. Kinda like what I was referring to.
If it didn't occurred in such a affluent neighborhood it probably wouldn't get such coverage.
Would I be correct in this assumption?

Well, WHAT, thank you for clarifying your comments; I was simply responding to exactly what you said.

As far as media coverage of a stabbing at the high school -- yes, I believe the papers would have no choice but to cover it, the same way they were forced to cover, however briefly, the day light shooting on Ferry Street.
