I went to Pity Hall to get my sticker around noon time, expected to be in line, no one there. What I did see, as I circled around the lot looking for a space, two people with briefcases standing at the wall near Church Street looking and pointing at the Devens School. Could it have been appraisers? If so, it's about time.
