Hello community, I decided to run a little personal experiment: only drink structured water for 60 days. I’m on day 24 right now, and here’s what I’ve noticed: Sleep seems deeper, and I wake up less during the night. My skin dryness (especially in winter) feels better. Oddly, my plants also look healthier when I water them with it (could be coincidence). I plan to keep a journal and update here if people are interested.
