If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. I think sharing honest feedback helps other buyers avoid the same mistakes. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites.

The main things I look at for glasses are frame weight, hinge quality and lens coating. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. Price is important to me, but quality and comfort are even more important in the long run. Over the last months I noticed that some of my favorite items are not the most expensive ones. Reviews that mention long term use are more valuable than comments written on day one.
Just sharing my personal feedback.
