Look it's no surprise that this upcoming budget hearing is all staged played before it begins ,,to lets show the public something.. The meeting was held out of town so that everyone knows their part,,oh and lets not forget the NEW appointed councilman to the council just happens to be FFF nefew..hmmm no mention of that anywhere,,
