I have purchased most of my properties privately, and have no real loyalty or relationship with any of the realtors I have had to deal with. It is time to go and I am looking for an effective, no B.S. Realtor to dump my primary residence. Any recommendations?

Thanks, I realize it's not a great time to sell, but I figure if you sell low you can buy low. It all comes out in the wash - I just want my price and for a single even though it might be tough.
I have other properties so selling is my forst priority, right now. I may be leaving the state for a primary, and based on our houses, even in a deflated market, I will still walk away with enough to pay cash for a nice place on the golf course in Florida, or North Carolina. Those are my first 2 picks. Send contact info for a reputable realtor, and I'll talk on more specifics.
