If I am reading this correctly, EHS is ranked 132 out of 140 in academics. How sad!

I had a hard time understanding those rankings. Chelsea, with what I'd would assume to be simililar demographics, spent more per pupil, had worse results than Everett in most categories yet was ranked better than Everett, although their rankings were nothing to write home about either. Maybe I could put some more stock into those rankings if the methodology used had been better explained.

Everett was ranked 140 out of 143 on Cost Efficiency and 134 out of 143 on Academic Performance. The most likely reason Chelsea had worse results yet was ranked higher is that the ranking was based on a "weighted average of cost and performance data over several years" and the performance data on the chart is only from the most recent year and 2005.
