TRIED to tune in to Ch. 3 last night,....whatta mess...all screwed up......Great work, "Matt"........NOT!

| Not that I'm a fan of Matts's but the new ECTV director is actually Alyson Crowley. I had an issue on Tuesday night with what was scheduled and what actually ran. The dedication of the veteran's wall was listed on their bulletin board to run at 9 PM. The first twenty minutes of it ran at 8 PM in place of the WWI veteran's program and nothing ran at 9 PM. To be fair though, there were also times when things didn't run as scheduled prior to the new regime. |

I saw that the night it cut in. The story about the Korean War veteran on the stage was so emotional, and all of a sudden.....BOOM. The TV went blasting loud and ECTV didn't air it again that night.
The wall is beautiful. The stories were beautiful.
I am very disappointed in the fact the people responsible for the wall, and it's beauty, were not even mentioned. Those people put in countless hours, and the "City Council" are the only ones that get recognized?? It was made out to be political, and if it wasn't for the singing guard it would have been a flop. |

Once again I turned to Ch16 only to see a blue blank screen. I'm not a fan of Matt and think that he think he knows what he is doing, but if the last few weeks of disaster at ECTV are any sign... He should give up now...
Scott handled ECTV with an efficent hand. The Mayor wants all of his buddies to run things the only problem is that they don't have a clue how to do it. The only thing they are doing right is keeping the Mayor off of ECTV. |

| I had the same thing. I went to watch a re-run and a blank blue screen. Two Monday's ago at 11:00pm it was a blank blue screen too. I'm not a fan of Matt but him overseeing ECTV, I think, is a front. All it did what get rid of a competent person for a political favor. |

I understand things go wrong but this is getting ridiculous. Ever since Scott Councel was let go, it has been much worse. I believe in giving people time, but too much time has passed. It’s as if no one gives a damn. He let competence go for a MARCUS political favor. MARCUS and Co. are sticking their hands in the cookie jar too!
Well, the voters are certainly going to give a damn one year from now so they can enjoy it for now, it won’t last long.

| The only other elected official that will get my vote next year will be Kay Hicks. Sad to say but she’s the only one that deserves it. Raneiri is a loud mouth jerk that needs to go. |

| I won't be voting for any of the incumbents in my ward. I hope different people will run. City Hall needs to be shaken up.....big time. |

You can say that again!!!!!!!! Marcus gets a $75,000.00 favor from the administration securing a yeah vote (the FIRST one in seven years, mind you) for Thibeault and Wood Waste.
Forget efficiency, honesty, or accountability...its all about the almighty buck.
They can say what they will about Kay; but I've found her forthright, honest, and actually quite funny.

You really don't think it is an outright coincidence about ECTV being messed up. This entire week you have not been able to watch the rerun of the common council meeting, in it's entirety. It gets cut off 20 minutes after playing, or right on the hour. Or you get the infamous "blue screen."
ECTV has certainly not been following the schedule.
Is it coincidence that every time something the Mayor and Co. raises eyebrows about, you rarely see it on ECTV. The same thing happened with the War Memorial Dedication. After they screwed that up, and knew people would criticize his feeble efforts for that day, that ended up being technical difficulties. STILL????? It's starting to sound like an MO. |

Twice this week I set aside some time to watch the meeting and everytime I did it was interrupted mid hour. Ive called and emailed ectv and they are working on it. Its time to go right to the mayor. If you dont want to call him then email him. mayorcarlo.demaria@ci.everett.ma.us

"Have a good day"!......... That's Erin, although, she's not there to answer his e-mail. He could care less as long as his political advertisements are on there and his political lackeys are at ECTV.
