PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GETTING THEIR NEW STICKERS FOR 2009 STARTING TODAY, PLEASE NOTE CITY HALL IS CLOSED ON THIS FRIDAY AND NEXT FRIDAY DUE TO THE HOLIDAY. SO I WILL GO OVER TOMORROW AND GET MINE.
