(Operation Total Warrior / Yellow Ribbon Support Services under NDAA 2008: This is a new DoD program to link National Guard, Air National Guard, and Reservists with Pre-deployment, Deployment, and Post Deployment Support Services, along with Reintegration and Veterans Benefit network assistance to the service members and their families. The program operates via DoD Contractor GAP solutions, in all 50 states and 4 US territories. Each state has its' own individual chapter. Massachusetts is known as Operation Total Warrior. Operation Total Warrior is a Department of Defense Yellow Ribbon Support Services Program. Operation Total Warrior strives to link Massachusetts National Guard, Air National Guard, and Reserve Component service members and families with critical support services and veterans benefits support agencies. It is OTW's goal to assist those who wear the uniform of the United States military and the families that support them in finding the path of least resistance towards realizing the full entitlement, supportive services, and benefits experience.
