Three respected lawyers in boston have told us that they are 99 1/2% sure our civil rights have been violated buy three different parties and that they are 99 1/2% sure we'd win our case. That should be good news right? But here's the kicker, we were told that it would cost more to try the case than the recovery was worth! When we boldy told all three that we didn't care about the recovery, we only wanted JUSTICE and what was right they looked at us like we had 4 heads! I know we live in a sue crazy world, but this time JUSTICE is all this family wants! No amount of money is worth the JUSTICE in the end for this situation! What happened to the good old days when justice prevailed and right wont out wrong, and the bod people were sent away and the good were vindicated? Is this world just money hungry and nothing else matters now?

Is this about the legal system or something else? It all depends on a judge. Sometimes you can have a good judge or if you get a judge in a bad mood it can effect the decision. Look at judge Maria Lopez you think most judges are like her that somebody pleads guilty to kidnapping and raping a child and she lets him go and she gets her on tv show?

Sounds more like there isn't a big enough pay day in it for the lawyers. I can't see why the suit couldn't include their costs; but, maybe they don't think they could recover them in a judgment. Not a lawyer, just don't get it.

They should get in touch with a good labor attorney. What about the unions, can't they help?

Are you saying there are no cases? I don't know. I was taking the poster, michael, at his word and just asking if we will ever hear the outcome. I guess we will have to wait and see if anything develops.
