they need to start towing/tagging again I just check the web site and the snow emergency is on till 7pm so why isn't it enforce on the main streets you can't even get up the two way streets with parking on both sides why isn't this being enforced
well the mayor has sent the plow people home and this sucks out loud just talking to one of the alderman on the phone so he is urging everyone to call the mayors cell 617-594-0600 but its shut off goes into voice mail
I can't believe this city I have seen no plows or sanders out at all I just got an email from my alderman and he is urging everyone to call the mayors cell no. at 617-594-0600 or al borgonzi at 617-594-0606 or the police station at 617-387-1212 and find out what the hell is going on in everett the side street have not been done and I am off of Main street
why do you find it interesting every alderman that I called yesterday afternoon told me the same thing and I told them I was posting it and they told me to go ahead. So you see there is no mercy in politics
No there isn't. But your posting would lead people to believe that an Alderman was independently sending out emails to people encouraging them to call the Mayor. Now you say you called all of your Aldermen. That makes more sense . . . of course they don't want to be bothered dealing with it and will tell you to call the Mayor and Al Borgonzi -- and every elected official should have been doing the same thing, and also there's not harm in calling our new Mayor-elect and having him start exercising a little muscle. After all . . . are you going to deny something to the guy who is deciding your fate?
I was calling the former mayor not the new mayor that was who I was told to called by the alderman is it my fault the mayor sent everyone home at two p.m. and there was no plows or sanders on the street.
No one said it was your fault. I was simply making an observation that, if you want something done, you call everyone who could possibly help. Certainly the mayor-elect could exert some influence if all other options have been exhausted.
he couldn't I had talked to him he has no power at this time this why they are bringing it up at monday nites meeting to allow him to have some power don't forget another storm is coming so they say next friday
