The way that it has worked in prior budget deliberations is that the City Council doesn't touch the Mayor's budget and the Mayor doesn't touch theirs. Nothing formal though, just a "Gentleman's" agreement. |

But even if they were to cut his budget, that doesn't mean a position in his office would be eliminated.
I wonder if he's given any thought to how selfish he looks with a full office of overpaid employees while he's sending others to the unemployment office! |

I agree with this 1000%.
Yes, Navarra works full time at the post office and his cousin is a full time secretary. Then you have the other woman that can barely speak english, that came from code enforcement, Jaime Russo, another guy, and Michael Buckley. There is at least five, if not more.

and they the c.c. b.o.a. can't even cut the mayors budget hearings are starting on the 28 or 27 school, and the 30th for city of everett |
