I heard from a reliable source that there was some kind of sign or banner that said, Dominic Puleo Alderman-at-Large 2011. I did not think that was allowed and if it is, doesn't that have to be paid for?

I didn't go to the parade but that doesn't sound right. I didn't think they allowed campaigning in the Homecoming Parade. I know in past years they were not allowed to do that.
