Jaime Montoya Arango of Everett today claimed a $1 million prize he won playing the Massachusetts Lottery’s Seasons Greetings instant game.
Arango, who is pictured here celebrating the win with his two daughters, elected to take the cash option on the prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (minus takes). He plans to take his family on a trip, as well as invest for their future with the winnings.
He purchased the $10 Season Greetings ticket at East Coast Variety located 67 Bennington Street in East Boston. The store will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.
