Could someone tell me where the chief executive of the city is? Where is Mayor Hanlon? Can somone put an APB on him? I think I can count on one finger the amount of times he has made a public appearance in the past 2-3 months. I feel like Rav and Bill Hart are more the mayor. For example, yesterday at awards night at the High School, Billy Hart was there Hanlon. As another example, Hanlon wasn't at the council meeting either. I mean I think if we're going to have a mega public services building, and if we have to pay people to tell us how much the water rates have to go up too, I think Hanlon should have been at the meeting.

| Richie, I thought he was in Vegas at some Mayor's convention? If he's home already, and he didn't bother to show up for the budget meeting, then he's a bigger piece of work than I thought he was. |

It's a disgrace the amount of important events Hanlon has missed such as EHS graduation where Nuzzo stood in.
It's a crock Hanlon's at another conference. Ragucci was far more careful with the taxpayers money than to jet off every chance he got wasting the taxpayers money on "conferences." He's on vacation with his family.
If Hanlon is really at all these conferences, what's he getting from it? Can he give us an update on suggestions to improve our City?

| I hope now that Johnny Boy is back and rested we can get some order in city hall. At the last count, there were 7 mayors up at city hall. |
