Are we really paying John Kryzovic to be the City Solicitor? He just stood before the Board of Aldermen regarding the residential parking program and said "you'd have to check the statute. I don't know that much about this. I wasn't involved in it." Hellooo, McFly. This is how he comes prepared to a meeting? This is what our money is getting us.
