Unfortunately a personal issue has caused some nice people considerable grief that could have been treated in a kinder more compassionate way by the authorities and the administration.
Now this story is public knowledge and will become more public as time proceeds along.

It is sad, isn't it? And yet others are allowed to quietly resign in spite of mounting evidence that they've violated the city's employment standards.
It's all becoming very discouraging. |

A Department Head was arrested on handgun charges.
More of a misunderstanding than anything else, we hope.
Unfortunately, my sources suggest that the entire department was purged today by Walking Eagle.
A sad state of affairs.

One employee finds himself with some problems, so Walking Eagle wipes out an entire department? And if the computers crash . . . all of city hall comes to a screeching halt????

But in all seriousness . . . this is why you'll find no sharp objects in Walking Eagle's office. |

Oh no, Citizen! Thou jumpest to conclusions!
A "Marchant" has been placed in charge of the department, and a computer consultant company was hired to sort things out.
More money out the door.
And of course when the lawsuits start to be filed for the dismissals, that will be just more $$$ under the taxpayer's bridge.
Because they will sue.
Because they should not have been "sacked".

I don't get it, why were any of them let go, aren't you innocent until proven guilty??????? Didn't FFF keep his position awaiting his trial. Double standards all around. Let's just wait and see what happens.
