MY OPINION STANDS: Until I see the blueprints of the pipes that feed what discharge to where and the filter systems for air and water control, aka, the guts, meaning: the layout and processing for air and water 'treatment', what this discharge is? and where the discharge from this 'Waste Treatment Plant' is being piped to (water and air)? This waste treatement plant is a toxic hazard until they prove and claim no harm to THE MYSTIC RIVER, it's people, and surrounding community. I mean the whole community of Boston.
And if anyone knows the correct title of this facility the public would also like to be informed. Every arena I have been in or read gives this building a different name. I will call it: SLUDGE Waste Treatment Station surrounding Everett, Charlestown, Somerville, Chelsea, East Boston, Boston, and THE MYSTIC RIVER...
