You don't know who the people are?
They are both employees of the MIS department at Pity Hall. They were both suspended by the Administration.

my sources tell me he is back at city hall until his trial. I believe he has to appear in court the week of February 12th and they hear these kinds of cases on a tuesday and thursday.. I found out that Zaino and J. Mazzie represent the police deptartment.
