Since I haven't been up there in a long time, I really do not know what's down the hall. I must take your advice and take a walk around City Hall and see my tax dollars at work, kind of. |

Okay, I'm directionally challenged, but isn't heading north on the second floor heading to either the Building Department or the Engineering Department? |

I don't know what departments are up there but heading North would be like heading towards Glendale Square. |

Yup . . . and I believe the offices heading that way on the same side as the Law Department are the Registrar of Voter's office, Community Development (?), The Building Department, and the Engineering office is at the end of the hall, around the corner from the elevator . . . I think that's the layout. |

No clue. I don't know what Article II is, but I would have to assume it's part of the Charter. Unfortunately, I don't think the Charter is on line; only the city ordinances are. Perhaps Emile will enlighten us on that score. |

Citizen, you are correct, only the city ordinances are online, no charter. I just went and looked. Since they want to do a charter review, wouldn't it be prudent of them to have it posted, then the people would know what is being changed. Just a thought. |

Check city ordinances online.

Article II starting at 1-15.
Hint, hint, how obvious is this guys and gals?
Who would enforce the code?
The snake may be a toss up between this one and the healthy one.

Is it the Code Enforcement Task Force? I feel really dumb, I read the ordinance three times. |

Could it be the newest member of the Code Enforcement Task Force, who recently left the Common Council? |
