THE BREAKFAST WAS OK,, THE SNAKE LETTERS WERE TO SOME DEGREE A LITTLE DIFFERENT DUE TO "THE SNAKE"LOOKING FOR THE "LEAK" AT CITY HALL.THE "SNAKE" AS I'VE STATED BEFORE IS A WELL RESPECTED PERSON AT CITY HALL WHO WOULD LIKE CERTAIN THINGS LOOKED INTO A.K.A. BUDGET OFFICE CONTINUING HIRING "FRIENDS OF FRIENDS" SEEMS OUR NEW REC DIRECTOR HAS HIS KID WORKING AT THAT OFFICE NOW ABOUT 20 HRS A WEEK.. NICE NOW THE WHOLE FAMILY IS ON YOU TAX BASE.. OH THATS RIGHT THEY JUST HAPPEN TO LIVE ACROSS THE STREET FROM "FFF",,,, HMMM.... ANYWAY OTHER BIG ISSUES ARE PERSONAL WHAT DO WE HAVE GOING ON IF THEIR NOT HIRING BY ETHICS?? AND LETS NOT FORGET PURCHASING ,,,,OOPS... DAV RAV'S FRIEND WHO LIKE MOST LIVE ELSE WHERE,,HMMM ANDOVER OK THE SNAKE IS ASKING ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION AND HE LIKE SOME HAVE SEEN A TOTAL OPPOSITE JOHN H,,, STAY TUNED

| The disaster in the budget office has been going on for awhile. Personnel is having trouble because the budget director is running the show and hiring whoever she wants and putting them wherever she wants. She's also responsible for the problems in purchasing. ALL of these things are common knowledge. Why don't you tell us something we don't know and stop the games? |

| Again scoop i agree with justme,it is no shocker that deb was offersd the head of the health dept and turned it down. And as for Rick he was offered the Director of the rec by Hanlon but sort of refused.. at the time and as for young Rick well as a parent you do do for your own. As for the worm turing,, that happened long ago sad really |

Deb is the head of the health department now, so she accepted it at some point.
As a parent, you certainly should take care of your own . . . just don't do it with my tax money.
Actually . . . I don't have a huge problem with nepotism or political patronage if the people are qualified; the difference here is that Hanlon ran on a platform of no political patronage or payback and that he would only hire people who were qualified for the jobs. That has not been the case. |

| I agree with you Citizen Kane,last i knew she was a nurse at the high school,anyway it's real sad how this small time politics has got so underhanded and out of hand. |

Deb ONeill is the Board of Health Department head. I beleive that she has some of her children on the city payroll as well.
Deb, Rick, and Ricky are the Milley's.
Two different families.
Deb Milley worked at city hall as the public health nurse prior to Deb O'neill getting that job. Subsequently after the disaster of the first Hanlon appointee as BOH department head ended in discrace O'Neill was appointed.
Hopefully things are going well there now.
