OK .first i'm glad to be home..not.. but glad to be missed.. funny you go away and get phone calls about people at city hall and on CERTAIN nonsense commissions still trying to connect the dots i know i'm confusing some but just watch them come out of the wood work now that I'M BACKKKKKKKK..... Any how MY BUDDY RAV is going south by the weekend cause he raised some funds for the upcoming VD party or fundraiser,, while away i did contact the ethics commission which is a REAL ONE to find how a deputy dog of a mayor can ask for CONTRIBUTIONS???HMMMM missed some of you SCOOPIE stay tuned p.s. massdee wath the fall out i'm just geeting started hehehehehe

9 Months? You haven't heard? The plan is they are planning on letting go all the Rec Staff and the Rec Commission to bring Billy back so he can continue his good deeds and complete his second row of banners. It appears the Up coming election is in desperate need of some cash.
Also, I read the Advocate, I don't remember charges of Drugs against Billy. Why would the Advocate defend him about not being a drug user or dealer. I thought Billy had a medical condition, but no one thought it was drugs. That doesn't make any sense. |

I doubt that since they have officially named Rick Milley the recreation director. He was a great choice and I am sure he will do a great job at the rec.
I do not know why you are mentioning drugs. I went back and read the whole thread and there was no mention of drugs.
