OK I'M BACK TO CREATE AS MUCH POOP AS SOME OF YA REALLY NEED.... PUT UP OR SHUT UP THEY SAY HMMMM INTERESTING ,,,THE RIDDLER THEY SAY HMMMM NOT BEING ABLE TO BACK THINGS UP THEY SAY,, WELL TO ALL THE ""THEY SAYERS"" WHO I'M SURE HAVE THE ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM OF THE HUBBLE TELESCOPE,, KISS MY WET WAGGY TAIL SCOOPIE AND I GOT TO GO TAKE A POOPIE,, AM SO GLAD TO BE BACK AND ON FIRE STAY TUNED I FEEL THE WOOD WORK CRACKING YEP I'TS A RIDDLE

Shall I take another crack at Mr. Scoop's response? I've been able to translate in the past. I am reasonably fluent in Riddlonics.

I would suggest Scoops' back and he's enthusiastic about the hot news that he'll be delivering. He's suggesting that the Administration can't back up it's original story (not sure which, there's been so man) and the "wood floor" beneath them (or their argument) is breaking.
