Not sure the name of the park, (if you call it that); it's more of a patch of brown grass located between Pope John and Dairy Maid; anyway walked through it today after getting my first ice cream of the season and noticed the evergreen tree still had x-mas lights hanging down (pefect height to trap a toddler running by); bulbs were all broken and removed; not sure if the wires are live; definately a lawsuit waiting to happen; does anyone know who to call? would it be the parks dept? it was after 5:00 so I couldn't get through to anyone over at City Gall (I mean hall); will try again tomorrow, just watch out for your Kids and pets if you happen to walk through that area...

I drove by there to see if I could see the lights hanging and I saw nothing.

Went to Dairy Maid last night and they were there. I did enter it into the Action Line on the Web Page don't know if they did anything about it since last night.

Your right; I went by there yesterday and saw them too. The week I called city services (which was about two weeks ago), they said the job had been reported and to call back if they are not removed; guess that will be on my to do list for tomorrow...

It appears that Christmas is now over in Everett. Didn't see them today.
