My husband and I are interested in organizing an Everett taxpayers, home owners,and citizens meetings to address issues that keep being brought up at City Hall by individuals in each ward and NO ANSWERS...ACT-Accountability for Everett Citizens Taxes...We all know and have proof Quincy is not the only community paying fraudulant Water Bills... Snow Plowing? The house two places up from me across the street got their driveway plowed for free by our city? I stood in front of the plow truck that kept taking this snow and dumping it in front of my house, told him to clean it up, then as I went to scrape the snow packed on his back bumper that hid the license # he took off-GPS those trucks with a mechanism for proof of PLOWS DOWN. MAKE THEM INDENTIFIABLE for CITY Services...Most of those trucks are plowing private property or driving around with plows up but accumulating the milage...Any news on the Audit people? The BWSC Catch Basin/Sewage plant (that is in process)? Where did that group disappear to? Is Boston paying Everett off finally? We gave Mayor Menino a wave and message yesterday at the St.Patricks Day Breakfast-Clean Harbors for Everybody-If we as a group do not hold Everett Govt. accountable things will stay the same. But my husband and I doing it solo-does not work. Clean Everett Govt. and Clean up Everett-ACT. Meetings once a month? Are you interested? Would you attend? We won't do it alone nor do we want to head this group. We want it started and directed. The first meeting would be a heading for each issue and under that the matters surrounding each issue and then solutions to problem solving. The problems in this city are magnanomous. Each group would have a sub group and assigned tasks to the next meeting. A 'group of two' can not address alone what needs to be done. School Suprintendent, a 7 acre park that we CAN'T play sports on, plant community gardens, have a farmers market, or have a dog park at BECAUSE THE CONTAMINANTS BELOW CAN'T BE DISTURBED! What Mayor made this deal? Board of Health...Code Violations...RESIDENT Parking PROGRAM...City Yard Services...FRIDAY AFTERNOON CITY HALL IS CLOSED!!! CITY problems don't end at 11:30 am on Fridays! Man did you ever arrive at 11:20am on a Friday? They all let you know you are on their SALARIED time. Since when does a salary equal a time clock? One of my favorites? A private company-Produce Parkway -parking Industrial Business Trucks at the Whittier Public School parking lot. Are your tenants allowed to park their commercial vehicle in any public lot they please? Half those trucks don't even have parking stickers!!! If the citizens as a collective don't take ACTion then we can all keep writing in this forum. I am not out to attack I am out to correct, account for, and prevent further abuse what is going on in Everett City Hall. Where are our answers? I want City questions answered...This is a partial list...How about the street sweeping in the Summer time? Ha, Ha, What does it cost us to have that service and would someone please inform me exactly what its function is???

| Magda I am interested. I know of some other people who may be interested also. I will provide you with my contact information the old fashioned way. Any ideas for a meeting place, if we could get 10 people that would be a great start. |

When and Where? Let's all get together and control who gets elected. School Committee or City Goverment. Let's take back control of our city.

Did you notice this pay increase? C0076-07 Ordinance/s/Councilor Sal DiDomenico, as President In accordance with Chapter 7, Section 7-164 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Everett, to adjust compensation for the following Administrative Officers effective July 1, 2007: City Auditor minimum $74,819.51, maximum $85,856.04; City Solicitor minimum $70,249.12 maximum $80,613.57; and City Treasurer minimum $65,888.68 maximum $75,696.58.
Or that a Donation Fund for Kids event's may be added to our tax bills but slated for 'SPORTS' only? What about the dancers, artists, scientists kids more interested in those events? Isn't it odd when important matters affecting Everett taxes directly are not included messages in our tax bills? How much will it cost tax payers to pay for a newly styled tax bill for 'SPORTS' only? But Everett Govt. won't correct the Water Bill computer glitch? I will set an appointment in a local public meeting place immediately. The hours will be set to accommodate people who are commuting home at the 6 o'clock hour. Notice how we are kept out of the process when Everett Gov't sets meetings that matter in your neighborhood at 6:00pm? What commuting parent can accommodate that hour? Nice if we all made $80,000.00 and were all home by 11:30 am on Friday's. If you can get the job-go for it! If you do your job I will vote for you...
