I just heard on the CC meeting the Market Forge property and building are being sold. The Mayor said the developer is looking at putting living space with retails businesses on the first floor and underground parking. I wonder if it would be on the same idea as the Wellington Circle Complex.

If a developer puts something up down in that area, it will certainly clean up an eyesore.

The Wellington Circle development is excellent. I've had the opporunity to dine there, and take in the surroundings. We can only hope that the Market Forge area turns out as well. I wonder if there is any word about contamination or the like?

The last time I went down to the Starbucks there it took me 15 minutes to fight through the traffic. The concept and the finished product are great but it would be so much better to have the same type thing in Everett to avoid that area.
