hmm it seems as though the metermaids in this city are not worth what they are paid. Sorry to say it but I saw a young man today in city hall and he tried to get the attention of them...why may you ask???

Oh yeah he said there were 5 cars parked in front of city hall that were not paying the meters...

Don't worry kid, whoever you are...its obvious the tide is turning slowly here...
