Taylor,
Again, I'll ask, does this quote sound like the utmost respect?
"DeMaria is not smart enough and will do favors for friends and family without question not to mention William Thibeault."
And by the the way, you are more than welcome to express your opinions here but there is a difference between opinions and facts. |

The Mirror has has enough and is deleting posts and banning IP addresses. It looks like their lunatics have decided to give us a try! |

and if the primary had turned out differently and it was the Mayor and Carlo, what would you be saying about Carlo, then? Would it be more of the same as your earlier quote? "DeMaria is not smart enough and will do favors for friends and family without question not to mention William Thibeault." By the way, your quote was not only about Thibeault, you were also questioning Carlo's intelligence. |

Does anyone know if it is true or not (I'm skeptical, read it on The Mirror)that Carlo did not file his campaign finance report that was due around the 10th of September? If you call city hall can you get that information? |

Here is whats posted on that other place FACT: Campaign finance reports were due in City Clerk's office on September 10th.
FACT: John and Joe turned reports.
FACT: Carlo DeMaria as of this morning did not turn in his finance report.
FACT: The civil penalty for failure to turn in the report is ten dollars per day; so far the Demaria campaign owes the City of Everett over a hundred dollars.
FACT: Everett is a $126 million ollar corporation.; if DeMaria can not follow the rules now, how can he be trusted with the responsibility of running the city.
FACT: "Billy" Thiebault ran a major campaign fund raiser at the Wharf Restaurant in late July raising thousands of dollars in donations to the Carlo DeMaria Committee.
FACT: Accused polluter, William "Billy" Thiebault of Wood Waste of Boston, an Everett, Mass. construction and demolition debris recycling facility, is facing a fine of up to $157,500 and is required to take actions to prevent pollution from entering the Mystic River. watershed.
FACT: Carlo DeMaria, in his primary campaign video, specifically seeks a partnership with Thiebault to develop in South Everett. (perhaps more poison?)
FACT: Carlo DeMaria, as required by law refuses to let the people of Everett know who is backing his campaign.
FACT: Carlo DeMaria for Senate campaign (2002) stll lists nearly $6000 owed to the Everett Independent (corporation) newspapers.
This debt has gone unpaid for nearly five years
Is this what the voters of Everett want?: fines, debts, illegal corporate contributions and missing deadlines? Anonymous | 09.21.07 - 11:07 am | # |

The City Clerk can verify all this information. It is public information and your right to know. I am deeply concerned about wood waste. That issue needs to be made a priority. |

City Hall is closed for the day. I will have to wait until Monday morning. Thanks, Hallowed Dreams. |

I might be wrong but does'nt the whole body have to vote on any big projects? It's not just up to the Mayor! |

I am almost certain that it is a majority rules issue. |

Will it even have to go in front of the BOA and CC? If it's zoned for industry, would all he have to do is pull permits? I don't know. It would be something to find out. |

Another thought, if it is not zoned to put that type of industry down there, would Thibeault then go in front of the Board of Appeals and try to get it passed. I am not sure exactly how the process works. Does the piece come out of the Board of Appeals and then go to the BOA and CC or does the Board of Appeals have the final say? Citizen or maybe Court, do you know? |

Please Mc Gonagle people, you look sad and desperate posting that all over the web. Grow up, and play fair. You just make yourselves look bad.
