Citizen,

Could have been the case that the administration wasn't invited on purpose; don't know which aldermen requested the special meeting. If it was the case, Carlo didn't seem to be on the same page. In total agreement that there is nothing else that the mayor could (or should) say about the situation.

I think the BOA did the right thing last night. They need a legal opinion from outside of the city. It is obvious the cities legal department won't work with them, just like most of the present administration.
