What is the old field house supose to be used for the recreation center or a teen center, was anything more ever said to clearify either of these thoughts.

I don't think anything is settled on that. When I was listening to the meeting about the sale of the old high school, sometime back, the mayor sounded like the field house will be sold along with the rest of the building.

Yeah that's if the building is not demo'ed and made into a park like the old school on glendale street was.

THe Hale school was torn down to make more green space to offset the loss of space at Glendale Park with the new EHS being built there. It was always my understanding that the old HS would be sold to help lower to burden on the school building program.
