HAS ANYONE SEE THE NEW BLUE LIGHTS AROUND THE CITY OF EVERETT?
IT REMINDS OF THE K-MART BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL THERE IS ONE POSTED ON WEBSTER AND LINDEN YOU HAVE TO LOOK UP, ANOTHER POSTED AT LEXINGTON AND BROADWAY AGAIN YOU HAVE TO LOOK UP THERE IS A SIGN BUT AT NITE IT DOES NOT LIGHT UNLESS THE BLUE LIGHT HAS TO BE ACTIVATED.

They are for emergencies and snow emergencies. They will light up to let people know the evacuation route or to move their cars during a storm. I would not want ot live by one flashing all night long!
