THEY SAY YOU CAN CALL, THEY WILL BE AROUND, I CAN HONESTLY COUNT THREE PEOPLE THAT I CAN CALL FOR AN ISSUE.

While I don't agree with their decision, it's been done before and the city survived. Besides, if anything really important comes up, they wouldn't know what to do anyway!
