Facilities Maintenance Superintendent/General Foreman
Seeking qualified candidate for the position of Facilities Maint./Gen. Foreman. Responsible for all functions within the Facilities Department, including business administration, execution of contracts, management of all Buildings and Grounds and supervision of all custodial staff. Works under the supervision of Exec. Dir. of City Services. Will also serve as a General Foreman of Parks and Highway personnel. Municipal experience in completing daily operations and special projects in accordance with department policy and industry standards a plus. Salary range from $57,048.31 to $65,463.60.
