I read this on topix about Frank Nuzzo. No idea if it's true but an easy find out. If true, I wonder whats got him all wound up.

Frank Nuzzo is a foul mouthed hot head. A bad example to children.

Sit in on the morning criminal session of Malden District Court on Thursday October 9th. See Frank defend him self.

Is there anyway to check online to see what is on the docket for that date?

An attempt to answer the three question from Topix, as best as I can:

1. There is a Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for October 6th on the issues that the Building Department has with the plan submitted for the Devens School property. I have done an analysis of the issues that are listed in the legal notice that has appeared in the Independent for the last two weeks; that analysis has been posted (and updated tonight) in the Board of Appeals thread. If you examine that notice, the Board of Appeals does not appear to have a problem with the number of parking spaces proposed for the development. However, as best as I can tell, it appears that the plan has been developed using the .5 parking spaces per unit required for eldery housing. I think that is a valid question to ask if a 55 and over development qualifies as eldery housing though.

2. At last Monday night's meeting, the mayor did mention that $200,000 of the $3.5 million from the sale of the old city yards had been set aside for contigencies.

3. I'm not sure what the question is.

While we are on the topic of selling property. I heard that the Mayor sold a property on South Ferry Street to Thiebult of Wood Waste. The Mayor once again is ripping off the tax payers to benefit his buddies. Wood Waste is going to own an enormous chunk of the Parkway.

Was this city owned property or privately owned by the mayor? Where on South Ferry Street? Isn't South Ferry where the new Dunkin Donuts is, the corner of South Ferry and the Parkway?

I heard the Parkway Pub on Garden Street is up for sale. I also heard Woody's Tire is trying to buy it.

Isn't South Ferry right behind they new Dunkin Donuts? Is there city owned property there, and can you just arbitrarily sell property to someone without going through the city council?

I heard a rumor last night that Sal DiDomenico is going to run against Wayne Matewsky for the Alderman At Large position next year. I think it would be a breath of fresh air to have Sal on the Board of Alderman.

Dont know about that rumor; however, there has been one out there for a while that Sal was going for the county seat held by Registrar Gene Brune.

I hope Sal stays around in local politics for a while. He is an up and coming politician and Everett can certainly benefit from him in the future.
