I think the 4th street you were referring to near carter is 4th st in Chelsea. |

If you do a Mapquest on the area, you will see a Fourth Street in Chelsea that appears to "line up" with Fourth Street in Everett. That's what makes it confusing. |

My in-laws live in Chelsea. 4th Street in Chelsea runs between Everett Ave and Arlington Street. That is down acroos from the Market Basket, kind of.
You must be logged in to see this link.
If you keep clicking to enlarge the area just below the railroad tracks on Everett Ave in Chelsea, you can see exactly where 4th Street in Chelsea is.
And if you click above the tracks, you will see 4th Street running parallel to Vale Street off of Carter Street. |

Do the google map for E Elm street and see the piles and piles of waste and that's just a part of it. The way I was referring to I cant view because the map wont let me go that way on vale street past Stop and Shop. |

Very confusing geography down there. I see the 4th Street you're talking about. If you drew a straight line up to Carter Street, you will see another small portion of 4th Street; don't know if that is Everett or Chelsea at that point. If you kept the line going, it would appear to run to the parcel we're talking about today. Looks like someone had a plan at one point but something (railroad?) got in the way. |

After I looked at the Google maps that made me ask if 4th Street went across Boston Street. That 4th Street off of Carter Street is right where Wood Waste is located. |

Exactly. If you drive up Vale Street (the street in-between Wood Waste and Stop and Shop) then take your first right (Which is Carter St AND it says “Dead End”) drive down the dead end a little bit and there is “Fourth” St. not 4th Street and, that is the “Fourth” Street I was referring to and that is the back of Wood Waste and I can see the grassy area but there is a part of that (paper) street that you can drive on. |

It's not waaaay off base I saw exactly the grassy area in question. Thibeault has stuck it to every city and town he’s dealt with. He is the one that has a problem EVERYWHERE he goes. Wasting everyone’s time on this is only sticking it to the people and the abutters. Instead of sticking to issues you have to resort to name calling and criticizing people and you think people will take you seriously. Why don’t you go to the Criticism Average Citizen. You would fit in perfectly.

Im sticking to this issue and pointing out that you are out of your mind.....spin it however you want, you were a hundred feet away from the street being discussed here tonight. |

Tails,I could be wrong but I believe the Fourth St you are referencing is in Chelsea. It is very, very confusing but when I was a kid I remember Fourth St in Everett running from Boston St. toward the Parkway.Fourth St was located between East Elm St and Vale St.If you look at it now on a Google Map it appears to be grass and runs on the side of the old city yards going toward Vale St.Hope I helped and didn't make it more confusing. |
