Barbara Collins has three sons of which none of them are named John. They are Robert, Michael and Alan. Margaret Cornelio is Sandro's mother.

Thanks, Fran. I was pretty sure John Collins was not Barbara Collins son. Is Margaret Cornelio also Sergio's mother?

There are 22 names for Charter Review and I can only pick two or three I would even consider voting for. They would be Steve Bruce, Dorothy Martin-Long and possibly Bob Sansone.

Patty Foley would be great. She has already done her research and read the current charter and the forms of govt we can have. She is not politically connected and has been studying law part time. She is my number one vote.

I think most of us feel the same way. We want non=political, intelligent people on Charter Review. I will certainly keep Patty Foley in mind.

Tetris - If I remember correctly, you mentioned in a post awhile back that you would run for Charter Review. If this is true, how will I be able to vote for you if I do not know your name? Is it possible to email me through this forum? Thank you

I'd like to vote for you as well. A PM would do it.

No one was else has mentioned so, I guess I will. According to the final list of candidates for this fall's city election published in the Leader-Herald last Thursday, there will be four more people on the ballot than were on the final list published in the Advocate the week before. According to the Leader-Herald, Kenneth Magno will be opposing Frank Parker for the Ward 3 School Committee seat. There are also three more names for Charter Review. They are Joe Hickey, Teke Ndi and Michael Bono.

Are these the final names? I'd asume so but, on this topic, I just pass along what I read in the papers.

Justme, back in August you asked who Stat was supporting for the School Committee. Here is a list of candidates that I was told he was supporting. Is this what you were looking for?

School Committee at Large
Joseph Santagate
John Collins

Ward 1
Margaret Cornelio

Ward 2
Joseph Guliano

Ward 4
Joseph Internicola

Ward 5
Ralph Shalsi

Ward 6
Al Spaulding.

Speaking of Stat, has anyone seen his campaign video? If not, it's a must see.

I saw it and approve completely. It's time people take note that although "Everett's Schools are Everett's Pride" the kids are not getting a very good education so I'm not too sure what anyone is proud of!

I agree, Justme. Stat only says what a lot of us are thinking. I liked Ken Magno's video, too.
