–verb (used without object) 1. to have a conscious mind, to some extent of reasoning, remembering experiences, making rational decisions, etc.

Well, watched the meeting and not a word was said about the Rec situation. Thought I was gonna get some answers here. Maybe there is just simply nothing to say?
