Sgt. Bova I know you read this so here is a suggested that you might want to take linden and bucknam st. why not have the light flashing while linden st is shut down? it would make traffic so much easier until linden st. re-opens

I understand that sgt. bova is the new traffic police officer well he needs to tell his men a few things if he wants this parking enforcement to work

No. 1 I live on pleasant street it has been 2 months since I have seen not only my street but webster st, church st. liberty st. and the rest of the inbetween streets ticketed. So what's the problem.

No. 2 I hope this new parking program that is old works this time but, TIME WILL TELL..

If Sgt. Bova reads this I would like to know why all along when it is street cleaning day we were allowed to move our cars to the "no parking" side of our street. Now all of a sudden twice this month I have been ticketed on street cleaning days. I called the police station and two different people were not sure what the rule was. I know I had called the parking clerk last year and he said that moving to the other side of the street was exactly what we should do.

then I would of taken the ticket right up to Mr. Kelly and asked him that was an old rule years ago I don't think you can do that anymore but you should check with Sgt. Bova
